Safety Manager

Job Description
A client in the Cincinnati area is seeking a Safety Manager to support an active construction project in Mason, Ohio. This individual will play a key on‑site role and report directly to the Safety Leadership team.
The ideal candidate is extroverted, independent, and brings a strong sense of urgency to the job. They should be comfortable being highly visible on site and proactively engaging with crews and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily, site‑wide stretch and flex routines
- Conduct toolbox talks and new‑hire safety orientations
- Perform weekly site safety inspections
- Identify, document, and communicate findings
- Track and report safety observations and inspections in Autodesk
