Safety Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adept on operationalized relevant Occupational Safety & Health legislation and translates it to internal procedures and processes.
• Conducts risk assessment relevant to Occupational Safety & Health and provides necessary action plans to preventive measures.
• Initiates and conducts Occupational Safety & Health training of all WDA, Inc. employees.
• Review, sign and submit pertinent information or Occupational Safety & Health reports required by government agencies and LGUs.
• Keeps abreast of evolving Occupational Safety & Health guidelines and protocols set by government agencies.
• Creates and maintains the policies, standards, procedures, and documentation for site safety. ensure that the policies and standards for safety fit for purpose, updated, and are correctly implemented in the entire organization.
