Job Description

 Safety Manager
 Armour is currently recruiting a  Safety Manager  in Moncton, New Brunswick, located at our office on English Drive. The Safety Manager will manage the day-to-day Safety initiatives and promote Safety Culture for Armour Transportation systems.
  Duties and Responsibilities:  
 Work closely with Operations Management on safety related activities
 Promote Safety Culture across the organization
 Driver/Employee Orientations, coaching, and Safety Training
 Safe Behaviour Observation programs (Field Audits)
 Promote and ensure compliance to OH&S regulations and practices
 Incident Investigations and root cause analysis
 KPI reporting and communication of corrective actions and learnings
 Day-to-Day managing of assigned employees
 Other assigned duties
   Qualifications:  
 Demonstrated industry-related experience in a safety role
