Location: Gapan City, Nueva Ecija

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and implement all health and safety programs for our construction project. The Safety Manager will ensure compliance with DOLE and company safety standards while promoting a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor site safety policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSHS, and company safety standards
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox meetings
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Investigate accidents and prepare incident reports
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on safety matters
• Monitor workers' use of PPE and safe work practices
• Conduct safety trainings and orientations for all site personnel
• Submit regular safety reports to management
