Safety Manager
Location: 3333 James Snow Parkway North, Milton, ON L9T 8L1 – Toronto Branch. Uline’s 1.2‑million‑square‑foot warehouse hosts 550+ employees. As Safety Manager you will direct and improve safety programs across the facility and ensure compliance with all legal and company standards.
Position Responsibilities
• Manage and execute Uline’s safety program, policies, and procedures for the Toronto branch.• Collaborate with management to establish safety goals and ensure the program meets legal requirements and company standards.• Drive continuous safety improvements by reviewing incident reports and conducting warehouse safety audits.• Lead and develop a team of Safety Coordinators to implement all safety initiatives.• Partner with Human Resources on workers’ compensation claims.
Minimum Requirements
