Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Manager to join our growing team. This position is integral to fostering a strong and compliant safety culture across all operations, with a specific focus on Part 145 Safety Management Systems . The ideal candidate will proactively manage and continuously improve safety programs, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with Part 145 regulations and company policies.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance with EASA/FAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
