JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in safety management, workplace safety programs, or safety training.
• Proficiency in safety regulations and DOLE Standards.
• Risk assessment and hazard identification skills.
• Incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
• Emergency planning and response skills
• Safety plan development and implementation skills
• Knowledge of reportorial requirements (e.g., DOLE submissions)
• Experience conducting safety audits and inspections
• Experience developing and delivery safety training programs.
• Experience reviewing subcontractor safety plans
• Experience in Canva editing
