Job Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs in compliance with DOLE regulations.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and hazard assessments to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
• Lead risk assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Facilitate safety training, toolbox meetings, and safety orientations for employees and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with government safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with department heads to implement safety improvements.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation required by DOLE.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
