Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Compliance and Regulations: Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, OHS).
• Risk Assessment: Perform regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards, such as machinery malfunctions or hazardous materials.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, injuries, or near-misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Training and Education: Conduct safety orientations, workshops, and training sessions (fire, first aid, PPE usage) for employees.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, training sessions, incident reports, and safety audits.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency action plans.
• PPE Management: Ensure proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
