Safety Officer 3

The Safety Officer III will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (COSH) and other regulatory requirements in all project sites. The role requires expertise in implementing, monitoring, and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. The candidate must have completed all required certifications and face-to-face training, and be willing to be relocated as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (COSH), DOLE requirements, and other applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs across project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.
• Lead and facilitate safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training programs for employees and subcontractors.
