We’re hiring a Safety Officer III or IV for a full-time, on-site role in Central Luzon (confidential company).

What you’ll do:

• Implement and promote safety programs, policies, and procedures aligned with DOLE and OSH standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Partner with site leaders and employees to drive proactive safety awareness and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, permits, and regulatory documentation.
• Facilitate toolbox talks, safety trainings, and emergency drills.
• Handle ad hoc safety or administrative tasks as needed to support smooth operations.
