Why This Role Matters

The OHS Officer supports day-to-day safety implementation at the STP by enforcing safe work practices, monitoring compliance, conducting field inspections, and supporting permit systems, training, and incident reporting. This role is execution-focused rather than managerial. The officer follows established systems, procedures, and instructions and does not design or modify safety frameworks or policies.

What You'll drive 

  • Maintains a visible presence in operational areas during maintenance and routine activities, actively monitors compliance with safety rules, Life Saving Rules, and site procedures, and intervenes immediately in unsafe situations, including stopping work when required.
