About the role

As a Safety Officer at Daijin Tech (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees within our manufacturing in Bukit Raja, Selangor. This full-time position is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring safety protocols to create a safe working environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
2. Developing and implementing safety policies, procedures and training programs
3. Investigating accidents and incidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
4. Providing safety guidance and training to all employees
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
6. Maintaining detailed records and reporting on safety metrics
7. Collaborating with management to continuously improve safety standards
