Job Description

• Perform routine site walkthroughs to identify hazards, assess risks, and suggest preventive measures to minimize harm.
• Create, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and emergency plans in compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Investigate accidents, injuries, or near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Conduct safety briefings, orientations, and training sessions to educate employees on safe work practices.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and processes meet legal and company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, incidents, and audits.
• Responsible for the compliance of all government reports such as DOLE Registration Reports, report for work related accidents, health and safety committee reports, quarterly reports on safety programs and minutes of the meeting, annual work related accidents/illness.
