Company Description
A massive retail chain of supermarkets and convenience stores, including global trading activities managed by Sunshine Wholesale Mart Sdn. Bhd. Responsibilities
Monitor tenant adherence to Tenancy Agreement clauses, house rules and mall SOPs.
Support tenant onboarding, move-ins and operational readiness.
Ensure compliance with fire safety, OSH, and mall requirements.
Assist in tenant fit-outs, renovations and reinstatements operationally.
Support fire drills, emergency preparedness and tenant incident reporting.
Assist in compiling monthly Leasing & Operations reports.
Coordinate yearly inspections and renewals (OSH, BOMBA, JKKP, Fire Dept, DOE).
Assist in fire drills, evacuations and safety awareness campaigns.
Track preventive maintenance for HVAC, lifts, escalators, fire systems, etc. Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Building Management, or related field.
