Safety Officer

Objective

The Safety Officer is responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining Million Air's Safety Management System (SMS). This position ensures compliance with all safety standards by overseeing document control, SOP updates, fuel QC oversight, ERP upkeep and training, and ramp safety surveillance. The Safety Officer will work closely with location leadership, corporate safety, and network teams to promote a proactive safety culture and mitigate operational risk.

Responsibilities and Duties


+ Implement, maintain, and oversee the Million Air Safety Management System (SMS), including hazard reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and safety promotion.

+ Maintain accurate document control across all safety-related manuals, procedures, and forms; ensure SOPs are reviewed and updated regularly.
