Job Description:

Occupational Safety and Health

• Develop, implement, and monitor company safety policies, programs, and procedures.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE's Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).
• Lead accident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct safety orientation and training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Maintain and update safety records, permits, and certifications.

Pollution Control & Environmental Compliance

• Act as the designated Pollution Control Officer (PCO) in compliance with DENR regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the company's compliance with environmental laws, permits, and standards.
• Prepare and submit Self-Monitoring Reports (SMRs), Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMRs), and other DENR-required reports....
