Job Summary:

The Safety Officer II is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing occupational health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and government regulations. The role ensures a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Implement and monitor the company's Health and Safety Management System.
2. Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and other applicable government agencies.
3. Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
4. Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
5. Conduct safety orientation and training programs for employees.
6. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
