Job Description
A. Safety Management
Implement and monitor company safety policies and programs in compliance with DOLE and OSH standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits in manufacturing, testing, and storage areas.
Identify hazards, unsafe acts, or conditions and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations; ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Conduct safety orientation, toolbox meetings, and OSH training for employees and contractors.
Promote and reinforce Life-Saving Rules (LSR) and safe work practices across operations
Enforce the correct use of PPE and safe handling of hazardous materials (e.g., transformer oil, cleaning agents).
Coordinate with regulatory agencies (DOLE & BFP) during inspections or compliance audits.
