JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the development and implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies and programs.
• Conduct and review risk assessments and ensure enforcement of preventive and control measures.
• Inspect company premises and work practices to identify safety issues and non-conformities.
• Stop unsafe acts or processes that may pose danger to health or safety.
• Initiate, organize, and facilitate OSH trainings for employees and management.
• Prepare incident reports and provide safety statistics and analysis to upper management.
• Record, investigate, and determine the root causes of accidents/incidents and handle workers' compensation claims.
• Monitor and ensure readiness of emergency equipment.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual OSH reports to relevant government agencies.
