Job description:

Zenith Mobility Solutions Services, Inc. (ZMSSI), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for a Safety Officer II. The successful candidates will be hired directly by ZMSSI.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs at the site level in accordance with company policies and Philippine regulations.
• Conducts hazard identification and basic risk assessments for daily work activities.
• Performs routine site safety inspections and monitors compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Assists in investigating incidents and near misses, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Conducts toolbox meetings and basic safety orientations for workers and subcontractors.
