Enforcing workplace safety procedures and policies that affect health and safety of employees on-site.

• Assessing current health and safety policies at the workplace and suggesting improvements.
• Conducts regular safety training including fire drills, earthquake drills, and others amongst D’new HBDC employees.
• Conducts regular safety training and emergency drills and ensure that employees are familiar with evacuation procedures.
• Provide the required safety reports by DOLE and by the D’new HBDC.
• Inspect job sites or workplaces and observe potential safety/health hazards, including the potential hazards of confined spaces and develop a plan for safeguarding the company’s workers.
