Safety Officer Level 3

We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer to lead and strengthen our Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and environmental compliance programs. This role is vital in ensuring that our operations adhere to Philippine OSH standards and environmental regulations, while fostering a safe and sustainable workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with DOLE OSH Standards and relevant environmental laws

• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions

• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and drive preventive measures

• Lead OSH trainings, safety awareness campaigns, and safety committee initiatives

• Manage environmental programs including waste, water, air emissions, and hazardous materials handling

• Maintain accurate records, permits, and compliance documentation
