Safety Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP).
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards.
• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and safety trainings.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare reports.
• Enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and workers on safety matters.
• Prepare and submit required safety reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Industrial Technology, or any related course.
• Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO2 / SO3 / SO4).
• With completed 40-hour Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Training.
