About the role

As a Safety Officer at Net Pacific, Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our construction site personnel. This full-time position is responsible for implementing and maintaining robust safety procedures to protect our employees and comply with industry regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Developing and delivering comprehensive safety training programmes for all site personnel
• Investigating incidents and accidents, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Maintaining detailed records and reporting on all safety-related activities
• Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations
