Safety Officer

Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. (LEI) is seeking a Safety Officer to maintain compliance with local and national regulations and drive the company's safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures and programs in compliance with local/national regulations and company safety policies by maintaining accurate records, completing regular safety reports, and submitting necessary documentation to management and DOLE.
• Monitor and track safety metrics on site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify hazards at project sites and recommend corrective actions to mitigate or eliminate hazards in the workplace.
• Provide and maintain statistical data, reports and analysis of accident/incident trends to operation in support of accident/incident reduction goals and continuous improvement of workplace health and safety.
