Safety Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards at our construction sites. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor site safety policies in accordance with DOLE and company standards
• Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments at the construction site
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Prepare and submit safety reports, incident reports, and daily safety monitoring logs
• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and training for workers and staff
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; recommend corrective actions
