Safety Officer

The Safety Officer 3 is responsible for leading and implementing occupational safety and health (OSH) programs at the construction site to ensure full compliance with DOLE regulations, company safety policies, and industry standards. The role oversees hazard prevention, site inspections, safety training, and incident management to maintain a safe and accident-free work environment throughout the project duration.

Qualifications

• Must be an accredited Safety Officer 3 under DOLE standards
• Completion of mandatory OSH training (e.g., 40-hour BOSH/COSH and additional SO3 requirements)
• At least 3–4 years relevant safety experience in construction or plant projects
• Knowledgeable in risk assessment, toolbox meetings, incident investigation, and safety documentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Physically fit and willing to be assigned full-time on site
