Job Description
- Conduct regular assessments affecting Safety of the site.
- Conduct necessary trainings to all employees and monitor regularly.
- Perform incident reporting, accident investigation and other necessary functions for any SHE related issues.
- Establish Safety committee and promote programs to ensure 100% compliance on SHE area.
- Regularly update KPIs, make deviation report for any non- compliances.
- Work hand-on-hand with Operations on safety programs.
- Submit necessary documents/ legal requirements as required by government/ non-governing organization in relation to safety.
- Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control
- PPE and safety Equipment Management and monitoring
- Accident Investigation and Report Writing
