Job Summary – Safety Officer

• Plans, implements, and monitors the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Programs in compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS)
• Ensures a safe and healthy working environment across construction and industrial project sites
• Identifies workplace hazards and implements risk control and preventive measures for site operations
• Conducts regular site safety inspections, audits, toolbox meetings, and safety orientations
• Enforces company safety policies, rules, and procedures on project sites
• Investigates accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepares required DOLE-compliant safety reports
• Coordinates with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and workers on OSH concerns and corrective actions
• Ensures compliance with all legal, regulatory, and project-specific safety requirements
