Safety Management & Compliance

• Enforce company safety policies and government safety regulations (DOLE, OSHA, or local authorities as applicable)
• Ensure compliance with the approved Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP)
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits

Training & Safety Awareness

• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and job hazard analyses
• Provide safety training to workers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Promote safety awareness and accident prevention programs

Incident Prevention & Reporting

• Identify unsafe acts and hazardous conditions and recommend corrective actions
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare incident reports
• Coordinate with management on corrective and preventive measures
