Safety Officer

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate or vocational graduate (college level is an advantage)
• Must have Safety Officer 1 (SO1) certification
• Knowledgeable in workplace safety and OSH standards
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site
• Good communication skills and can work well with a team

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and enforcing safety rules, policies, and procedures in the workplace
• Conduct daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards
• Monitor compliance with OSH standards and company safety regulations
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees
• Assist in conducting safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and safety training
• Report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to the supervisor or Safety Head
