Collect data on WSH performance, conditions, and practices to enhance overall safety standards. . Collaborate with the FSM to conduct emergency response drills, fostering a proactive approach to safety. . Perform routine checks on work activities and workers to identify and address potential safety concerns. . To compile all non-compliance findings weekly . To lead WSH meeting, provide valuable insights and solutions on safety findings . Conduct safety inductions and orientations for all new personnel . Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions, and practices to team members and higher management. . Provide support in implementing actions to continually improve WSH performance across the organization. . Work closely with the other safety personnel and safety officer . Conduct daily TBM . Involve and attend to safety audits as and when necessary . Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
