Undertake the repair work and the preventative maintenance programs for the site. Ensure costs are minimized and facility preserves a high-level maintenance and appearance. Share responsibility of delivery services to each facility with the other handyman on site on an as required basis. To ensure that OH&S policy and procedures are being maintained at all times, looking at value add opportunities.
