Safety Officer

Responsibilities

• OSH Program Management: Oversee the overall implementation and management of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program in close coordination with the OSH Committee.
• Health and Safety Monitoring: Monitor and inspect all health and safety aspects of ongoing operations, with active participation of supervisors and workers.
• Workplace Safety Inspections: Conduct monthly workplace safety inspections and assessments at assigned work sites to ensure compliance with OSH standards.
• Hazard and Risk Assessment: Perform monthly hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) and ensure the implementation and enforcement of appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
• Risk Evaluation and Compliance: Evaluate work site practices, procedures, equipment, and facilities to identify potential safety and health risks and recommend improvements.
