Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes for highly motivated safety professionals to join our team as an Entry Level Safety Representative in El Paso, TX. We are looking for a motivated individual with the potential to grow into a Safety Manager role through mentorship and hands-on training. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning, dedicated to building their expertise, and committed to fostering a safe, compliant work environment.
Responsibilities:  

+ Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential hazards.

+ Conduct job hazards analysis to identify hazards and potential risks.

+ Provide safety orientations and training to employees and subcontractors.

+ Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)

+ Support the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans.
