As part of the Health and Safety team, the Safety Specialist role is responsible to assume a support role in the design of policies, programs, and procedures, to ensure that all employees and contractors are working in the safest manner and under the safest conditions possible. The Safety Specialist is highly trained in incident response; providing expert analytical services in carrying out thorough investigations, determining root causes, and culminating in recommendations designed to minimize the likelihood of any future reoccurrence.
