Safety Specialist — Reporting to: Manager - Safety; Job Location: Nanticoke, Ontario; Job Type: Permanent; Salary: Starting at $75,000; final compensation commensurate with candidate's experience.

Stelco has one opening for a Safety Specialist. This position will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety and occupational health programs and conducting safety and process reviews to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. At Stelco, Safety is a Core Value, and this role requires a steadfast commitment to prioritizing safety in all work activities. This includes providing monitoring and safety support for day-to-day operations, maintenance activities, project work, and contractor/vendor safety performance to ensure safe and efficient execution of all tasks.
