Safety Supervisor

Are you passionate about creating a safe work environment on construction sites? We’re looking for a Site Safety Supervisor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our project sites maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety and health checks on-site, ensuring hazards are addressed and rectified.
• Assist Site Managers, Supervisors, and Foremen with daily Toolbox Talks, Pre-task Talks , and awareness briefings.
• Ensure all site works are executed in line with approved Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) .
• Monitor site compliance with Client Requirements (GMR), HIRARC, SWMS , and Permit to Work (PTW) systems .
• Intervene and advise when unsafe acts or conditions are observed.
• Manage and coordinate security and access control at the project site.
