Are you passionate about creating a safe work environment on construction sites? We're looking for a Site Safety Supervisor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our project sites maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily safety and health checks on-site, ensuring hazards are addressed and rectified.
Assist Site Managers, Supervisors, and Foremen with daily Toolbox Talks, Pre-task Talks, and awareness briefings.
Ensure all site works are executed in line with approved Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
Monitor site compliance with Client Requirements (GMR), HIRARC, SWMS, and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Intervene and advise when unsafe acts or conditions are observed.
Manage and coordinate security and access control at the project site.
