Safety Supervisor - Turnarounds

**Description**

**MISTRAS Group, Inc. is now seeking dedicated Safety Supervisors to travel and work turnarounds as needed.**

The Safety Representative plays a critical role in ensuring a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance within MISTRAS operations. This position is responsible for developing and coordinating training programs for offshore technicians, managing certifications, and ensuring adherence to company, customer, and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting safety audits, leading incident investigations, and collaborating with business units to promote safe work practices.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:**

+ Must be willing to work 7x12 schedule
+ Must be willing to travel to site locations
+ Oversee employee training certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory, MISTRAS and customer requirements
