Sage Timeslips Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Sage Timeslips (or similar) including users, permissions, profiles, timekeepers, clients, tasks/activities, and rates.
• Optimize time entry workflows to improve adoption and reduce billing errors.
• Build and maintain billing templates, invoice formats, and standard processes.
• Troubleshoot issues related to time capture, billing rules, slips, rates, and reporting.
• Support billing cycles: review slips, pre-bill preparation, invoice generation, edits, and final delivery support.
• Produce operational and billing reports (WIP, A/R, productivity, realization) based on experience and firm needs.
• Provide user training and documentation (quick guides, SOPs, best practices).
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to implement process improvements.
