Job Title: SailPoint IAM Production Support Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid (1–2 days onsite)
Contract: 1 year to start, with possible extension
Rate : CAD $60/hr + negotiable
Role Overview
Client is seeking an IAM-Analyst with strong SailPoint IdentityIQ experience to support a primarily operations-focused environment. This role is heavily centered on production support, identity access management processes, and troubleshooting, with minimal development work. The successful candidate will support access lifecycle activities, handle L1/L2 tickets, and ensure smooth IAM operations across the enterprise.
