Salaried GP

This role is being advertised on behalf of Littleborough Group Practice and the successful applicant will be directly employed by Littleborough Group Practice. The post is funded through the ARRS.

The role is open to any GP who has not been substantively employed as a GP within any practice in Pennines PCN in the previous 12 months. Full GMC registration with a licence to practise and inclusion on the National Medical Performers List are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a balanced mix of face‑to‑face, telephone and online consultations
• Manage acute and chronic disease in line with practice protocols and QOF
• Contribute to same‑day urgent demand alongside the wider clinical team
• Review results, documents and tasks within agreed timeframes
• Work collaboratively with the MDT, PCN colleagues and external services
• Support the practice's training role where appropriate
