Salaried GP

A superb training practice in South Oxfordshire seeks to bring in a Salaried GP. Partners are seeking 6 to 8 sessions a week and are flexible on days. The role is commutable from Swindon, Oxford and Reading.

The surgery is highly regarded with excellent systems that support a well‑managed and sustainable workload for GPs and genuine work‑life balance. There is flexibility on session start and finish times. Partners offer extensive support to develop interest areas or involve you in teaching and training. A varied team of clinical support staff eases the burden on GPs and a friendly, supportive working environment is provided.

Key Duties

• Salaried GP
• Patient list size of circa 20,000
• Stable team of existing Partners and GPs
• Clinical support staff including nurses, HCA’s, and paramedics
• Excellent administrative management from medical secretaries and administrators
• Support to develop interest areas
