Job Description
Support Sales team. Following up sales contracts, booking confirmations.
Maximize any opportunity to promote and sell services of the company.
Provide status reports to management on overall sales and leasing activities.
To collect all information relevant to Company’s business.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit. 
Extensive training program (SAP, CRM, Machine portfolio…) 
Attend all request from the customers and transfer to concerned department.
Ensure a good-looking, clean & tidy reception corner.
