Job Description
- Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and timely
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with suppliers (local and overseas) regarding pricing and lead times
- Support export documentation (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
