Job Description:

• Responsible for generating sales managing client relationships handling inquiries and complaints and ensuring excellent customer service .
• Sales Generation and Client Management Promote and sell products and services to new and existing clients Handle inquiries from clients via phone email messaging apps and social media platforms.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
• Assist clients with product information pricing quotations and order processing.
• Customer Service and Complaint Handling Handle client concerns and complaints professionally and promptly Coordinate with internal teams operations production accounting to resolve order delivery or payment related issues.

Job Qualifications:
