Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of regional sales performance and achievement of assigned KPIs.

• Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and sales channels.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and

potential growth areas.

• Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies and projects aligned with company objectives.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including responding to tenders and biddings, business

negotiations, contract drafting and execution, and payment collection.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams, including after-sales and delivery teams, to ensure smooth

project implementation and customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
