- Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with company objectives
- Identify and develop new customer segments while improving customer retention
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities and risks
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure effective execution
- Monitor sales performance and prepare KPI-driven reports for management
- Manage sales planning, forecasting, and risk mitigation activities
- Provide strategic insights supported by data and performance analysis
- Drive revenue growth while developing the sales team and enhancing customer satisfaction 
Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
